We take your needs seriously and make sure that all orders are prosessed correctly and equipment is ready for your needs when you need it and scheduled and on site at the specified time. All equipment is subject to availability unless you have confirmed reservation.
Reservations
A Confirmed Reservation is required before any Equipment or Services are dispatched. A Signed Contract and Deposit are Required Term for Confirmation.
Site Access and Notification
It is the client's responsibility to provide proper access to the site and parking with any and all appropriate permits.
If renting equipment without service it is the client's responsibility to notify of pick up time. If equipment is not accessible upon notification, additional transport fees apply.
Payment
If the rental has not been fully prepaid, payment in full is due upon delivery of equipment. Accepted forms of payment: Electronic Transfer, Cleared Check or Credit Card(American Express).
Terms
All operations are subject to our standart Rental Contract and Sale Terms.
Cancellations
A 50% fee applies to all canceled confirmed rentals and service reservations.
